The Superior District Library, located in Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula, is seeking a dynamic, community-minded Library Manager to lead daily operations at the Bayliss Public Library.

This full-time (35-hour-per-week) leadership position is part of the District’s Management Team and oversees staff, programs, and services while fostering an engaging, customer-focused environment. With a talented team of twelve, strong support from the Board and Administration, and collaboration across seven other branch managers, the District is dedicated to providing exceptional community service while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and a culture of trust, creativity, and professional respect.
